Fill out the email form on the website with details about what is desired for the project and possible booking dates if they are known.
Optionally you can call the number on the website or use the Call button on the site to make an inquiry.
You will be contacted to discuss the details of the project and arrange a short consultation if necessary.
After that, lock in a booking date, sign your contract and submit your 50% deposit online.
Cancellation of a booking will result in forfeiting the non-refundable 50% deposit for bookings except in the case of the following situations:
For example, a wedding that occurred on a day it rained.
A 50% deposit in advance is required when booking a date for your project.
You will be provided a website link to securely submit your deposit.
The remaining 50% is due after reviewing a watermarked version of the final product online and can be submitted through the same secure website.
Once the final version is accepted by the client and the remaining 50% of the project price is received, a link to download the non-watermarked version of the project will be provided to the client.
One minor rework of editing can be requested at no additional charge before or after delivery of the final product if the changes are requested within one week of the initial delivery of the product.
If strong winds, rain, low clouds, fog, or low visibility is experienced the day and time of the scheduled flight, the flight will have to be rescheduled to an available booking date.
Any monetary deposits held prior to the flight will be held until a later date when the flight can be completed and there is a booking availability.
If the flight is for an event that cannot be rescheduled in the future such as a wedding, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Services in a 50 to 100 mile radius of Downtown Los Angeles can be arranged for an extra fee.
Some projects may accommodate same-day or short-notice bookings that are less than one week in advance.
In general, most services require booking at least one week in advance to allow time for a brief phone consultation, a check for any flight restrictions in the designated project area.
Depending on the date, weather, or any potential flight restrictions that day, service can occur on the same-day of contact.
Weddings, Parties, and other types of Events can be captured to preserve your memories.
The planning process involves checking FAA flight rules in the area of the event, and permission from the venue if needed.
Please note that TFRs (temporary flight restrictions) are issued by the FAA when the President or Government Officials are in town. Under those conditions, no drone flights will be allowed within certain areas of the city which may impact your booking.
In the event these circumstances arise, a refund of 100% of your deposit will be issued to you should you not choose to reschedule.
Prices include insurance, and obtaining any necessary FAA height permissions, or venue permits that may be required from filming sites.
Every effort is made to follow strict FAA guidelines for each flight.
Pre-flight planning is done to assure all equipment and software is maintained, and up to date.
The safest drones on the market are used for each flight which have GPS geofences that limit where the drone can go.
Prop guards are used to assure safety for humans and property when necessary.
Some flights indoors are possible depending on the location.
Indoor flights are best handled with specific types of drones or protective equipment such as prop guards for safety and optimal indoor results.
Advanced notice of indoor flights will be required as they may involve getting permission from a venue.
